Customs
For customs declarations, Quality Handling operates under its own licenses or works with permanent partners. If desired, coordination can also be arranged with the client's own declarant or customs representative. This keeps the customs process flexible, and physical handling can resume immediately after release.
Our role is clear: Quality Handling takes care of the physical logistics execution. Customs formalities are handled by the chosen customs agent, after which we ensure efficient processing, sorting, and throughput of the goods.

Container unloading and cargo handling
We handle containers and freight flows quickly and carefully, ensuring your goods are available for the next stage without unnecessary delays. We also manage larger volumes and unusual cargo — such as cars and dry goods flows.
Reception, counting and checking
Every shipment is registered, counted, and visually inspected. We report any discrepancies immediately, with photographic evidence where necessary, enabling you to make prompt adjustments with your supplier or carrier.
Sorting and consolidation
From mixed inbound to ordered outbound. We sort by destination, recipient, or carrier and consolidate shipments where it saves costs and time.
B2C and e-commerce distribution
We prepare shipments for delivery to the end customer for webshops and importers: labelling, packing, registering packages and handing them over to the carrier. Our location in Rozenburg supports 24/7 operations, making this service particularly suitable for time-critical e-commerce volumes.
B2B shipments and throughput
Shipments to retailers, distribution points and business recipients in the Netherlands and Europe are prepared according to the recipient's requirements and forwarded to the correct carrier or distribution partner.
Co-ordination with customs and partners
We handle customs declarations using our own licences or via regular partners. If you work with your own declarant or customs representative, we will coordinate with them. Our role remains clear: we manage the physical logistical execution, so that work can continue immediately after release.
